The successful path of D - Diabetic Software first began March of 2002. This initial concept wasn't even a program at all. Instead, it was a standalone Microsoft Access database. While this program helped the general Diabetic masses, people needed more than a simple database. What was needed is a program. So began the first revolutionary version of D - Diabetic software, which was officially released April 2004. Making something in plain English was our biggest challenge and also our greatest success. Anyone can make/build something, but too make it simple and intuitive - is something far greater.
We've studied Accu-Chek's Compass program, Johnson & Johnson's OneTouch, Diabetes Mentor, and many more. Each of them had their strengths and weakness. Where's the security? Why do we protect our financial data, while our personal health information is simply unprotected? Most people regard blood sugar, height, and weight as private.
Lastly, the most important thing is your health. Nothing is more important than this.
